Lovedrop: "Be Cool!"
------------------------------------------------------------

Can "cool" be learned? Is there a formula for "being
popular"? The reverse certainly seem to be true... it's easy
to picture the traits of the quintessential nerd, dork,
geek... stereotypes of the annoying, unattractive, needy,
whiny, passive-aggressive, or plain boring person abound in
popular culture.

What about you?

Sure you know you're sometimes tounge-tied around attractive
women and don't always know what to say next. Sure you're
not always smooth, but you certain- ly think of yourself as
"cool" on the inside.

Or are you?

Could the problem be deeper?

Could it be that --gasp!-- you still exhibit some of the
unattractive traits of the "uncool"? Is it possible that
others roll their eyes behind your back over some annoying
personality traits? Do girls turn away in boredom, always
magically attracted to other guys but you?

It starts with feeling cool inside. Problem-solving
intelligence is quite different from social intelligence.
We all have that one "numbnut" friend who couldn't solve a
3rd-grade math problem to save his life, yet he seems to
always have an unlimited supply of girls fawning over him.

Just HOW do these guys do it? Years ago, Lovedrop, our own
mad scientist, set out on a path to break down this
phenomenon.

Maybe these "social" guys have intuitively discovered a form
of intelligence that can't be measured with an IQ test?
Perhaps your womanizer friends can "vibe" with others for
hours, seemingly talking about nothing (or dumb stuff!),
and win over people will charms instead of intellect.

Well, Lovedrop has cracked the code of cool.

Being cool means to have social smarts instead of
booksmarts. It means developing a sense of fashion, of
being "with it", of being "on the social edge" rather than
on the technological edge -- and there are very simple
rules that anyone can follow!
