So here's my situation....

I met a girl last year, before my PUA days. We're like "best friends". Except our relationship's 95% online, 5% life.
I used to be her "favorite lap dog".

I'm trying to set frames but she doesn't notice them and still thinks I'm who I was a year ago.
I'm trying to indicate that I'm in the "secret society" but she doesn't notice really..

What to do?

It would probably be best if you start seeing her more in person rather than online.

I would also add that you haven't piqued her interest enough with anything yet. If you pique her interest, she will be into everything that you say. But you have to catch her interest at that level first, then maintain that.

Well it's hard to hang out with her in person if I can't interest her online.
I used to goto school with her and we'd hang out almost every weekend.

Now, four months after moving, I see her probably once a month.

It's hard to build attraction through phone and online when she won't accept my frames.
She still treats me like a lap dog.

I call her, she says I gotta go do bla bla bla. We hang up.

And all we do is fluff talk online. We built enough comfort over the past year.
I've been trying to focus particularly on framing and hoops. What do you guys think?

Here's the thing. She has no reason to jump through your hoops right now, because she's not interested that way.

As far as your frame . . . you have to suck her INTO your frame. She's not gonna just willingly walk into it.

Right now I would focus on push/pull with her. Tease her . . . a lot. Get her to start being on the edge of her seat wondering what's coming next with you. Be unpredictable.

I agree with Tripp. Grape because she only sees you as that nice boy, with predictable behavior. She has no interest in becoming attracted to you. You have to find some other girls, and basically leave her out of your loop for a while. Let her wonder what happened to Grape, and if she never comes to look, then oh well.
