High School Kids Have It BETTER Than You
Ah… high school.
The land of the raging hormone… aka testosterone unchecked.
I loved it and hated it at the same time.
But that’s not the point of this post.
How do high school and college kids have it BETTER than people in the REAL WORLD when it comes to meeting people of the opposite sex?
Is it YOUTH?
Is it STANDARDS?
Is it VARIETY?
Nope, not at all.
The simple truth of it is this:
In high school and college, you see many of the same people EVERY DAY.
(or at least twice a week if you’re a slacker when it comes to class)
This means that you have MORE TIME to talk to someone… without having the pressure of trying to get a date or a phone number.
You can be MYSTERIOUS.
You can show AUTHORITY.
You can relay SOCIAL PROOF more often.
In other words, you can create MORE CURIOSITY with less work.
Fast forward to today.
What are some of the things that you can do to see some of the same people over and over?
1. Join a gym and get to know the staff well. Make it a social place for yourself as well as your workout haven. If you notice a class (like Yoga) that has a disproportionate amount of hot ladies in it, by all means… go check it out. Trust me when I say that a gym is a place that connections get made ALL THE TIME.
Sure, some people will be there to just workout… but in my experience… it’s a HUGE social environment where everyone is watching everyone.
Show that you’re well liked in the establishment and people will be curious to know who you are.
2. Take a dance class, cooking class, or any other type of class. Not only are you learning some valuable skills… but you’ll also continually see great women with NO COMPETITION.
3. Go on a cruise. What are they gonna do… jump ship? lol
I’m sure you can think of a few other things that go along with this.
Hey, if you have a choice of meeting the same woman in a bar or in a “normal” environment… which do you think is going to be an easier introduction?
Exactly.
Here’s a small tip. Think of places that have DUES… or… look up different GROUPS.
If you’re into running, find a local running group. Mountain biking… ditto.
A dirty trick: Once you start meeting women in these classes and connecting with them… miss a class on purpose
Absense is golden.
“So where were YOU on Thursday?”
(insert own fun but challenging comment)
And the banter ensues.
