| Today 7 years ago was one of Americas worst tragic occurences ever as long as I have been alive. As I drove today in Indianapolis above interstate 69, I saw vetrens proudly displaying our nation's flag "old glory" she waived in the wind today blowing around calmly .But 7 years ago it wasn't flying so calmly. As I drove by these vetrens I gave the peace sign and honked as I do every year but I remembered that horrible day,I remember seeing all the people scrambling around New York City,Washington D.C.,and in Pa,I felt so helpless I wanted to help but all I kept thinking is omg all them familiy's watching this live..Omg I cried just thinking about 9/11.So today take a moment out of your busy life and bow your head and remember those Brave Men and Woman and Children who lost there Lives or Lost a loved one's on that day,I know I have...After driving past the vetrens today the song "Where were you when the world stoped turning" by Allen Jackson came on and the memory of that day all came back..It truely will be a day that I will never forget as long as I am alive..
I would like to personally thank our own Whoopie and all the other Men and Woman around the world Fighting to keep us safe.. Thank you for all you do and we miss you back here in the states.Thank you for what you do and for making this great land of ours the land of freedom..God Bless the USA!!!!

| Excellent post...
On a side-note, I think your subject should be tragic day for the WORLD...not necessarily just Americans... Many people from out of the country were also affected by the horrific attacks. (Tourists, etc...)
Good post nonetheless...

Damn right. That in itself has become a rallying call.
