Thoughts on the p0rn...

When thinking of sexy ladies and the internet - obviously p0rn comes to mind.

I was just wondering what some of you guys thought about it, when trying to PUA?
I see porn as a double-edged sword.

1) It can motivate you...even more so, to snag a HB and to take her to bed

or it can have the opposite effect, and

2) You can use it as a safety net. Not worry about gaming anybody, fear of rejection, aa, or sticky points. You'll get yours no matter what in just a few minutes. Restock on Jergens and some Bounty and your off to make your self a sandwich or fall asleep.

Well, Im a horny SOB, so Ill shaggle it before, after, and sometimes DURING sex lol. Porn is ok for when I cant get a good mental picture in my head, but it in no way compares to a real chick, unless Im with a chick thats into making porn with me then my head would probably explode.......so, it doesnt affect things with me, but Id have to say having that extra "energy" is a bit more motivational when going out for me so far.

I honestly feel that it is very motivational; it really makes you wanna get out there and get your self a HB... Honestly, many many girls ive met are really into porn, i really like that

Larockstar, porn can be a double edged sword as you pointed out. Porn can become a crutch and remove any motivations for meeting actual women offline. Porn was my medicine for awhile. I rationalized it this way, the chicks on film are hotter than any girl on the street, but I was taking the opportunity away from myself of attracting real people. That realization stripped the powerful and fruitless grab porn had on my psyche. What I actually had to do was consciously stop myself from being in a position where porn can become my attention filler and pleasure seeked friend. I started going back to places I enjoy like bookstores, musuems, clubs, etc. The key is get yourself away from where porn can be viewed, and start becoming attractive to yourself. peace,lvoe and succe Ss

Yep, can definitely be a double edged sword. For some guys the sex drive is so high it won't affect your performance later. For other guys it will literally kill your performance later. For some, it's motivational to find girls like those you're fantasizing about, for others it's just the opposite.

One important thing to know though, when dealing with porn, is this fact:
We have mirror neurons, we all do, and these mirror neurons are kicked into gear when you view and fantasize about porn stars. These mirror neurons make your mind create a scenario that you ALMOST think is realistic. This is where porn kills you. It can become almost life like if you're not careful. Then it takes over your mind and body. Not good.
