Focusing on the health of my body!

I know I'm breaking the rules with this but, I took a long look in the mirror today and decided its time to take a stand with the health of my body which I completely avoided since I graduated high school.

Well, Ill explain

My Brain is tired most of the time I doze in and out of sleep all morning and my body just doesnt get up and get going like it used to. I find myself to lack emotion, fatigue, ADD, and unable to process information in a quick manner.

My Left Eye - As it stands right now, my left has a form of cataracts developing which is in the form of a small white dot in my eye. And over the years, my left eye is appearing to become more weaker and weaker forming into Lazy eye and we've all seen lazy eye.

Physical health - Since graduating high school, I gained over 70lbs and lost all the athletic ability that I once had and I'm struggling to recover it right now. I started a POWER90 cardio exercise Program, to help me regain the athleticism. I'm tired, worn out, sometimes I can stay in the house all day and still be tired w/o having to had done anything. Skin I have a skin condition that my family calls skin acid, it comes from when you drink to much soda and not enough water and your body reacts in a negative way.

These seem to be my biggest problems right now, and I'm taking responsibility for them now!

Well, it's great that you are taking responsibility for these things now, at least.

For the skin condition caused by the soda, start drinking lots and lots of filtered water. Bottled water. Personally I buy and drink Nestle Pure Life. It's not that expensive and it doesn't have stuff added to it. Juice, I used to drink nothing but soda too. I know it's hard to break that, but I did and started drinking NOTHING but bottled water. It DOES make a difference in how you feel and in your weight, seriously.

Well, I dont feel overweight by any means, its just that I dont like the fact when I lay on my bed I keep dosing off. David D, said to talk a look about how you eat says a lot about your personality. And I have a very reckless diet on my table.. I eat at bad times of the night and its nothing healthy either but these are habits I have had since I can remember. Nestle Pure life and thats a bottled water?

Yep it's a bottled water. I get it at Wal-Mart or Sam's Club. They both carry it.

Wal-mart and Sam's club are owned by the same person lol
