The present moment is a present.

Notice something.

Have you EVER been depressed in the present moment?
With your head and your body in the present moment? No you haven't.

You've only been depressed when you're body was , let's say here, and your mind was in the past, regretting something, or in the future, fearing something.
The present moment is a present ! It's lovely ! Look around. Feel, sense, look. That's the way of living. Too many people don't live in the present and waste their lives away.

I'll clear this up with a quote from the guy who inspired me the most in the last year :


“Spirituality means waking up. Most people, even though they don’t know it, are asleep.
They’re born asleep, they live asleep, they marry in their sleep, they breed children in their sleep, they die in their sleep without ever waking up. They never understand the loveliness and the beauty of this thing that we call human existence.
