Could use some help here. Physical Stress Symptoms!

Last week i left my old house for a new place to live.
This is very stressful situation. A New Home, New City, New School, New Friends etc.

I'm Mentally fine, not frustrated or depressed or anything.
The Problem is i got alot of Physical Pain! the cause is Stress, cause i look on the Internet for symptoms and this it.

Tried to meditate and to relax, but its keep coming back.
Somebody can help me out here or got a nice book that helps.

Let me know.

You say that you are mentally fine , but that the cause is stress.
If you have stress than you are not mentally fine.

I hope somebody else can help you here, cuz I dont know what do vs physical stress symptoms without mentally adapting.

I know depression causes physical symptoms like that, but i dont think stress really does unless you are not sleeping or eating properly. You said you just moved maybe the physical lifting has something to do with it?

It could be stomach ulcers.

You should really talk to a doctor, unless someone here is a medical professional.
